Description
Lunar Energy 7 Chakra Singing Bowl Set
This 7 chakra singing bowl set has seven handcrafted bowls, one for each of the seven chakras. They are made by hand in Nepal, on full moon nights.
Made under the full moon
Artisans hammer each bowl by hand on full moon nights, at a slow, steady pace. They believe this ties the bowl to the rhythm of the moon. In Buddhism and Hinduism, the new moon stands for fresh beginnings and the full moon for maturity and reflection.
Each bowl has the Full Moon insignia (the maker's symbol) and the mantra ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ (Om Mani Padme Hum), the mantra of compassion, in Tibetan script.
Size, Weight and Sound
The bowls measure 15–26 cm across the top, and the full set weighs about 9–10 kg.
Each bowl gives a rich, full tone, and the larger ones go deeper. Play them in order from root to crown to work through all seven chakras. You can hear the sound and also feel the vibration. The set suits a wide range of wellness practices, including chakra balancing, sound healing and therapy, sound baths, yoga and meditation. It works for personal use at home, in group sessions, and in spas, wellness centres and beauty clinics.

Handcrafted in Nepal
Artisans make each bowl from fine bronze, using the traditional methods of Newari craftsmanship. Because they are made by hand, no two bowls sound exactly the same.
Good to know: Each bowl is handcrafted, so the colour can range from light bronze to deeper brown. This comes from heat and oxidation during crafting and is completely natural.

Usage & Benefits
Singing bowls have been used for centuries in Himalayan spiritual and meditation traditions. Today, they're widely embraced in yoga, meditation, sound healing, and wellness practices like Reiki and more.
A recent systematic review of clinical studies suggests singing bowl meditation may support relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve sleep quality and helping explain their growing use worldwide.
Traditional Hand-craftsmanship
Our singing bowls are hand-hammered by Newari artisans in Nepal using techniques passed down through generations. Each bowl starts as a flat piece of metal alloys and is gradually shaped, refined, and polished by hand. Depending on the design, it may also be etched or hand-carved with symbolic patterns.
