Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union (EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. In addition, we voluntarily offer a 30-day return window as a goodwill extension, see our Return & Exchange Policy. The statutory right of withdrawal always applies regardless of our voluntary policy.
You can declare your withdrawal using the form below. After you submit, we'll review your request and be in touch regarding the return and refund.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
When does the 14-day withdrawal period start?
The period starts the day after you (or someone you nominate, other than the carrier) receive your order. If your order arrives in several separate shipments, it starts the day after you receive the last item.
How do I withdraw from my purchase?
Use the withdrawal form above. To meet the deadline, it's enough that you send your declaration before the 14 days expire.
Who pays for return shipping?
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please send returns to our address (not a parcel shop), and keep your postage receipt and track-and-trace number.
You can find our address and other relevant contact details on the footer section of our homepage
When and how will I get my refund?
We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra cost if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard option), no later than 14 days after we're informed of your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used, at no fee to you. We may withhold the refund until we've received the goods back, or you've shown proof of return, whichever is earliest.
What condition do the items need to be in?
You may inspect and handle the goods as you would in a shop. You're liable only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond this for example, signs of use on a singing bowl. Please return items in the condition you received them, with packaging where possible.
