Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days in Denmark, 3–5 working days in Sweden, and 3–8 working days in other EU countries (depending on destination).

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Yes, you can return one or more items from a multi-item order, even if they were bought together.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags or barcodes attached to be eligible for a return.

To start a return, please use the return form placed on the bottom of this page, to begin your return process. Returns must be sent to our business address (not parcel shop), and you cover the return delivery costs.

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or wrong. We’ll help resolve it.

Yes, exchanges are possible only for a different size or variation of the same item. If you want a different product entirely, you’ll need to place a new order.

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days
