Are the prices shown on the website the same for B2B partners?

No. The prices displayed on our website are retail prices.

B2B pricing is structured separately and depends on the selected products and order volume. After reviewing your enquiry, a tailored offer will be provided, where applicable.

What is the minimum order requirements?

We aim to maintain a fair and consistent structure for all business partners. For this reason, small quantities such as one or two singing bowls or a single Buddha statue are not considered eligible for B2B partnership orders. These items remain available for purchase directly through our website at retail price.

How is VAT handled for B2B orders?

Prajaya is based in Denmark.

  • For Danish businesses, 25% VAT is added to the invoice in accordance with Danish regulations.
  • For businesses outside Denmark with a valid VAT number, VAT is not charged and the reverse charge mechanism applies, in accordance with EU VAT rules.
Is there an expedition or handling fee?

A small expedition fee may apply depending on the order size. This will be specified in the offer, if applicable.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. These costs are borne by the partner and will be clearly outlined in the offer.

Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver to Denmark and the other EU countries that include Sweden, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.

What payment methods do you accept for B2B orders?

We accept local and international bank transfers for B2B orders.
